I'm Nicky, an engineer with 8 years of experience across systems programming, ML, cloud, and embedded systems. I’ve worked on everything from multithreading Valkey’s persistence at Google to secure Ethereum protocols and self-driving data pipelines.

I’m obsessed with complex systems and graph data because they reveal connections and patterns you can’t see in traditional relational formats. Because of this obsession, my favourite work is building high-performance systems that fuse systems programming, data science, and ML to turn massive datasets into actionable insight. To me, data is the bedrock of knowledge, and our compute clusters, combined with code, are the only tool capable of carving out the golden insights deep within our ever-expanding datasets.
